For the carpenter there is no better place… for an end buyer the store is very confusing. In addition to being cramped and poorly subdivided, we ended up getting lost due to a lack of product alignment. Another thing, stores are very far between branches, they are located at the ends of the city, making it very difficult to access. Now excellent service and really cool parking

Worst possible shopping experience I've had. Communication between the sales team and the customer is completely bizarre. To purchase through the link, a whole process and documentation is necessary and instead of informing you about this after payment, they only say it afterward. Generating a delay in all logistics, which could not even cut the wood while providing the documentation. Terrible purchasing experience, finance does not know how to mediate situations with the customer and creates unnecessary hassle.
